This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made by consumers through the AMUX online store operated by AMUX Ltd., ID / EIK 208410829, with registered address at Bulgaria, Laka, Iskar 5, email: store@amuxclothing.com
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement sent to store@amuxclothing.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
2. Returning the goods
If you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless we state otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Please do not send returns with cash on delivery.
3. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be sent back in a condition allowing normal inspection of the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Where applicable, items should be returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
4. Refunds
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by applicable law, including goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal may also not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery, where this is applicable to the specific product and where such goods were supplied sealed.
6. Faulty or non-conforming goods
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with the contract.
Consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge. If this is impossible or disproportionate, or if the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Exchanges
At this stage, AMUX does not offer automatic exchanges through the website unless expressly stated otherwise. If you need a different size, please contact us at store@amuxclothing.com. Where possible, we will advise you on the available next step.
